Effingham Combat Academy provides martial arts training and grappling instruction at 832 South Laurel St, Suite D in Springfield, Georgia. The academy conducts daily combat sports and self-defense classes for children, adolescents, and adult practitioners across Springfield and Effingham County. The coaching roster is led by Head Coach Boog, with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes coached by Coach Cruz and a dedicated military and law enforcement coach, Coach Chappy. Youth wrestling sessions are supported by Coach Chris and Coach Edwin. Programs include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and Lil' Wrestlers, striking, Muay Thai, and Lil' Fighters classes for young children. Coursework introduces beginners to takedowns, positional control, and striking mechanics before progressing to live sparring, while the Lil' Wrestlers and Lil' Fighters programs teach younger children basic movement, balance, and discipline on the mats. New students can begin training with a complimentary one-week trial.
