Ethan "Bonsai" Quiachon is a professional Muay Thai fighter and coach raised in Newark with 15 years of striking background. Spencer Smith, an Air Force Veteran and fitness trainer, is a jiu-jitsu blackbelt with over 25 years of grappling competition experience. Class offerings include adults and kids programs in Muay Thai, boxing fundamentals, and no-gi submission grappling.
