Membership grants access to all classes and open mats. Core training disciplines include No-Gi BJJ, Gi BJJ, Kickboxing, and MMA. Introductory sessions for new athletes include No-Gi BJJ Fundamentals and Kickboxing Fundamentals. Training also integrates techniques from boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling and judo. The schedule lists classes from late morning through 7pm on weekdays, plus open mat.
