Empty Hand Combat

Empty Hand Combat provides martial arts instruction, kickboxing training, and practical self-defense education at 204 3rd Ave S in Nampa, Idaho. Proudly serving Nampa and the surrounding Treasure Valley communities since 2009, the academy conducts martial arts programs for children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking fitness, personal security, and self-confidence. Instruction at the school is directed by Master Cosmo Zimik alongside a staff of experienced instructors skilled in martial arts education. Training focuses on practical self-defense techniques that prepare practitioners to protect themselves and their families in real-world situations, combining physical conditioning, technical striking, and mental alertness within a motivating training atmosphere. Course offerings encompass Preschool Warriors for ages 3 to 4, Lil' Warriors for ages 5 to 8, Kids Martial Arts, Teen Martial Arts, Adult Martial Arts, and Family Martial Arts. Striking programs feature Muay Thai kickboxing classes organized for kids, youth, teens, adults, and families. The facility also provides after-school programs, summer camps, and complimentary trial class passes for new students.
