Ethos Jiu Jitsu and Fitness

Ethos Jiu Jitsu is situated at 5424 Oleander Dr #6, Wilmington, NC 28403. Prospective practitioners can take their initial step by choosing to START YOUR FREE TRIAL. The academy was founded by Tyler Howell, where Tyler is the owner and head instructor at Ethos Jiu Jitsu. The coaching team also includes Andy Baggett, Quentin P Kimble, and Zach Griesbach. Training incorporates dedicated instruction across both gi and no-gi grappling formats. The weekly calendar offers classes in ADULT GI and ADULT NO-GI along with LADIES NO-GI. Youth martial artists train in YOUTH GI and YOUTH NO-GI sessions. Classes run as early as 7:00 am and as late as 7:15 pm, and adult enrollment includes access to fitness equipment.
