Extreme Martial Arts Center

Extreme Martial Arts Center is located at 7530 Auburn Blvd Unit C in Citrus Heights, California. The martial arts academy is an affiliated member of the Plum Blossom International Federation, established in 1986 under the leadership of Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong. The center provides classical Chinese martial disciplines alongside combative fitness classes. The curriculum centers on Choy Li Fut Kung Fu, combining traditional hand forms, circular strikes, sweeping leg maneuvers, and practical street self-defense applications. Adult students also have access to Yang style Tai Chi for joint mobility and balance as well as high-energy kickboxing conditioning. Individualized private lessons are paired with group classes to support technical advancement. Youth classes feature Team Extreme programs designed for children and teenagers of all ages. Instruction emphasizes concentration, athletic discipline, bully prevention awareness, and mutual respect on the practice floor. Students develop striking coordination, balance, and defensive footwork. Classes are scheduled across daytime and evening hours at the Auburn Blvd facility in Citrus Heights.
