Fight and Fitness MMA

Fight and Fitness MMA operates at 300 South Ave. in Garwood, New Jersey. The martial arts training center delivers instruction in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, mixed martial arts, and stand-up striking for youth and adult students throughout Garwood. Instruction at the academy is headed by head instructor and owner Walter Kimmel. Coach Kimmel guides classes with an emphasis on technical leverage, positional hierarchy, joint submissions, and controlled sparring.
