Fight For It & Co. operates alongside Atlantic MMA at 1012 3rd Ave NW in Hickory, NC 28601. New students can get started on the mats by choosing to Schedule a FREE Intro. Facility access and staffed operating hours run Mon–Thurs: 5:30pm–8:30pm, with extended member access listed as Fri/Sat/Sun: OPEN 24hrs. Disciplines taught at the facility include Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Boxing. Class offerings also feature general Combat Sports Classes. The instructional staff includes Alex Estep, Professor Roger Carroll, Deyshaun Jeter, and Gregory Ferreira. Alex Estep trains as a black belt under Professor Roger Carroll, while Gregory Ferreira is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, two-time PBJJF National Champion, and PBJJF Pan American Champion. Training sessions accommodate athletes across men, women, and youth divisions.
