Fighting Arts Academy CT

FAA Fighting Arts Academy is located at 333 Quarry Rd, Milford, CT 06460. The training center features over 6,000 square feet of mat space, heavy bags, a full-size cage, and changing rooms. Head Coach Roger Denton is a 3rd Degree BJJ Black Belt with 25+ years of martial arts experience, recognized as Fabio Araujo's first BJJ Black Belt in the United States. The coaching staff also features Nick Newell, a Professional MMA Fighter & BJJ Black Belt and XFC Lightweight World Champion, alongside Head Wrestling Coach Ryan Roddy, a former CT State Open Champion and 2017-2018 SCC Coach of the Year. The academy offers classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Wrestling, and Kickboxing. Additional training tracks include Kids Programs for youth aged 5-15, dedicated Women's Classes, and an active Competition Team representing the gym in tournaments.
