Fite Nite MMA operates at 7740B Trinity Rd #126 in Cordova, TN 38018, located upstairs from NBS Fitness. The weekly curriculum features Boxing on Monday, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) on Tuesday, Kickboxing on Wednesday, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) on Thursday, and Wrestling on Friday. Saturday hosts MMA Open Mat / Sparring from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, while the academy is closed on Sunday. Youth martial arts programs are scheduled from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM for participants in age brackets including Ages 4 - 8 and Youth 9 - 12.
