Flow MMA Academy

Situated at 2121 West Guadalupe Road, Suite 2 & 3 in Mesa, Arizona, Flow MMA Academy delivers combat sports instruction and athletic conditioning. The facility serves youth, adult, and competitive athletes across the Mesa community. The academy is directed by head coaches Deric Flores and Lindsey VanZandt, who bring over ten years of coaching experience across multiple combat disciplines. Instruction focuses on hand-eye coordination drills, balance mechanics, functional plyometrics, and pressure-tested techniques applicable in competitive bouts and self-defense situations. Class programming encompasses mixed martial arts, striking, grappling, and dedicated youth training camps designed to build athletic confidence and discipline. The academy also maintains active fight connections on both the East and West coasts for athletes pursuing competition, with introductory trial classes arranged through coaching staff.
