Beginner adult practitioners start with a structured 26-lesson fundamentals curriculum designed to introduce core grappling concepts safely. Youth programs provide age-appropriate training focused on discipline, balance, and basic defensive tactics. Training takes place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with additional class sessions hosted on Saturday mornings.
