The women-focused martial arts and fitness studio was co-founded by Rashad El Amin, an athlete, personal trainer, and martial artist who directs instructional programming. The facility specializes in practical striking fundamentals combined with functional bodyweight and resistance conditioning. The curriculum blends Muay Thai and western boxing striking disciplines with targeted physical conditioning circuits. Workouts include dedicated Beginner's Kickboxing classes that teach proper punching mechanics, stance balance, footwork, and kick delivery. Advanced sessions integrate specialized formats such as Arms, Abs & Kickboxing and lower-body strength combinations using heavy bags and mitt work. Training sessions emphasize joint mobility warm-ups, progressive combative combinations, cardiovascular conditioning, and core stability. The studio maintains loaner equipment, noting that 16oz kickboxing gloves are provided for participants during class sessions.
