Free World Jiu Jitsu operates at 1202 FM 685 in Pflugerville, Texas. The academy was established to deliver high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training in a community-centered atmosphere. The school is co-founded and directed by Professor Jordan Gomez, a third-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who has trained for twenty years and taught for a decade, alongside co-founder Professor Tracey Goodell, a third-degree black belt who earned distinction as Hawaii's first female black belt and holds a top-five division ranking as an international competitor. The training curriculum provides structured grappling instruction for adults, teens, and youth practitioners. Adult coursework covers gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, teaching fundamental positional control, guard passes, transitions, and submission mechanics. Youth programs are tailored to developmental stages, featuring Littles Jiu Jitsu for children ages four to five to develop coordination and body awareness, Minions Jiu Jitsu for the next age group, and Kids Jiu Jitsu for older children focusing on discipline and practical self-defense.
