Genesis Martial Arts Alexandria operates at 1707 Metro Drive Suite O in Alexandria, LA 71301. Serving central Louisiana martial arts students alongside an affiliated location in Eunice, the academy maintains affiliation under the BJJ Revolution Team. Instruction is provided by Head Instructor Soke Clint DuPlechian, who has been training in Karate since 1987 and earned first degree black belt rank in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Clint holds a B.A. degree in Health and Physical Education from Louisiana College and manages the academy as a family business assisted by his wife, Shannon. Class offerings include Mat Gators for children ages 4 to 6, Youth Karate, and Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for ages 7 to 12. Adult students participate in Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Women's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu courses. New practitioners can begin with a free trial class and free uniform, with no registration or belt test fees.
