Gold Bar Training Center

Gold Bar Training Center is located at 2090 Deadwood Ave Suite 3, Rapid City, SD 57701. The gym operates five core disciplines: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Kids Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Wrestling. Memberships include first responder and military discounts, and new students receive a First class — gear included policy with loaner gear to fit all your training needs during your free trial period. The coaching staff includes black belt coaches Jonny Knutson, David Kinsella, and Eric Coxbill. Brown Belt coaches Kris Woods and Joe Monize provide instruction alongside Purple Belt coaches Jon Lefler and Hannah Tully. The teaching staff guides practitioners through gi and no-gi programs as well as specialized drill formats. Morning sessions feature 5:00 AM Gi fundamentals and 11:00 AM Fix My Jiujitsu tech hour. Evening classes include 6:15 PM No-Gi Fundamentals and striking sessions. Youth training features Little Warriors 3-5YO at 4:30 PM, Kids/Teens Gi Fundamentals at 5:15 PM, and Saturday morning Kids/Teens Jiu Jitsu at 10:45 AM.
