Gonzalez Grappling LLC

Gonzalez Grappling LLC is a martial arts school situated at 77 Industrial Park Rd Suite 2 in Vernon, Connecticut. Co-owner and head instructor Jasen Gonzalez is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt who studied under Master Pedro Sauer and Rob Magao, previously co-owning the Bushido Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy before establishing the Vernon academy in 2021. Instruction at the facility is supported by co-owner Jason Gonzalez, an all-conference scholastic wrestler who began training and competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu at age eight. The coaching staff delivers technical grappling instruction focused on ground control, positional dominance, joint locks, and defensive escapes. The curriculum features structured training tracks including Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Teen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
