General facility hours include weekday training sessions starting at 07:00 alongside Saturday sessions from 10:00–12:00. The school belongs to the martial arts organization founded by Master Carlos Gracie Jr. Instruction is guided by core organizational principles emphasizing Brotherhood, Integrity, and Development. The women's program is directed by Professor Nika, recognized as the co-founder of the GBF Camp, who leads specialized self-defense sessions.
