Gracie Barra North Orlando Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts school located at 923 North Mills Avenue in Orlando, Florida, situated just north of Downtown Orlando. The two-story training facility operates under the direction of head instructor Gustavo "Gutty" Muggiati, a 6th Degree Black Belt from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil who began his jiu-jitsu training in 1992. Instruction is conducted by experienced black belts and coaches, providing over 30 training sessions each week. The academy's primary focus is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practiced with the traditional gi uniform, teaching fundamental leverage principles, positional control, escapes, and submissions. The facility also offers No-Gi BJJ grappling sessions, authentic Muay Thai striking classes, and athletic fitness conditioning. The academy provides structured classes suitable for beginner hobbyists and advanced tournament competitors.
