Gracie Barra Research Forest

Gracie Barra Research Forest is located at 4747 Research Forest Drive, Unit 125 The Woodlands, TX 77381. Instruction is directed by Professor Joel Heinen, who serves as Head Instructor and holds the rank of 2nd Degree IBJJF-Certified Black Belt. His competitive background includes being a 2018 IBJJF Pan Am Silver Medalist and holding an Undefeated Fight 2 Win Pro record – 4-0. The academy staff also includes Professor Pete O’Neal and Professor Carlos Martinez. The schedule provides training in Adults Jiu-Jitsu and Kids Jiu-Jitsu alongside a dedicated Muay Thai program. Students in local school districts can participate in Off Campus P.E. programs. New visitors can take advantage of TRIAL CLASSES to sample academy offerings.
