Gracie Barra Seminole is located at 1060 W State Rd 434 #100 in Longwood, Florida 32750. The academy delivers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction and self-defense training for students across the Longwood area. The school is staffed by experienced instructors who are Gracie Barra Certified and continually refine their teaching skills. Mat sessions follow the Gracie Barra philosophy of structured, safe, and effective training for all levels. Practitioners advance through foundational drills and technical ground movements, while the GB2 Program builds on fundamentals with advanced techniques, complex drills, No-Gi training and live sessions. Course offerings include the GBK Program, the foundational GB1 Program, GB2 Advanced, GB3 Expert classes, and the GBF Program for women. School operating hours run Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 8 pm, alongside Saturday training held from 10 am to 1 pm.
