Gracie Hernando operates its martial arts academy at 4235 Mariner Blvd in Spring Hill, Florida 34609. The school delivers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing training for children, teens, and adults in Spring Hill. The academy helps students build confidence through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing in a supportive, family-first environment. Coaches help practitioners develop focus, coordination, confidence, and respect through age-appropriate martial arts training. Students learn striking fundamentals and total-body conditioning at their own pace. The weekly curriculum features Tiny Ninja Jiujitsu for ages 4 to 7, Big Ninja Jiujitsu for ages 8 to 12, Adult Jiujitsu for ages 13 and older, and Women's Self Defense. Weekend training includes Sunday morning Open Mat sessions running from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM for practitioners ages 13 and older.
