Gracie Humaita Jiu-jitsu in Brownsville

Gracie Humaita Jiu-jitsu in Brownsville operates at 2310 N. Expressway 83 Suite A1 in Brownsville, TX, located inside Galvan’s Martial Arts in front of Sunrise Mall. The academy traces its lineage back to when the school was opened in August of 2003. Instructional offerings encompass Gracie Self Defense, Kickboxing, and Jiu-jitsu Classes. Curriculum options include general Adults sessions, Kids and Teens Jiu-jitsu Classes, and specialized training tracks. The academy also organizes open mats and competition preparation for students. Leadership features Professor Emmanuel Jose Galvan, serving as Head Instructor of Gracie Humaita Brownsville with a 4th Degree Black Belt rank. Women’s instruction is directed by Professor Martha Galvan, serving as Leader of all Women’s Self Defense courses with a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Jiu-jitsu. Additional faculty include Professor Manuel Alejandro Galvan and Professor Jose Flores, who serves as one of the Competition Coaches.
