Instruction across the organization features founder Almicar “Mica” Cipili, a student of Rickson Gracie and 6th Degree Black Belt. The coaching staff also includes Sidney Silva - 4th Degree Black Belt. Training sessions maintain the foundational principles established through the Gracie family lineage. The Henderson Training Schedule provides classes designated for Beginners, Adults, and Kids ages 4-8 and 9-13.
