Gracie Jiu Jitsu Post Falls

Gracie Jiu Jitsu Post Falls provides self-defense and grappling education at 414 West Seltice Way in Post Falls, Idaho. Operating as a certified training center, the academy delivers structured martial arts instruction for children, women, and adults. The adult curriculum centers on Gracie Combatives, an introductory program covering the thirty-six core Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques in a cooperative, beginner-safe format. Students who complete the foundational curriculum and reflex development training become eligible to test for their combatives belt. Advanced practitioners transition into the Master Cycle program to study advanced positional chapters and submission systems. The academy also conducts the Women Empowered self-defense program. Youth instruction is organized by developmental age brackets through the Gracie Bullyproof system. Programs include Mat Munchkins for children ages 3 to 5, Little Champs for ages 5 to 7, and Junior Grapplers for ages 7 to 11, alongside an invite-only Black Belt Club.
