Gracie South Jiu Jitsu & Kickboxing

Gracie South Jiu Jitsu & Kickboxing delivers martial arts and ground grappling instruction at 775 Lake Harbour Drive, Suite E, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Tracing its instructional lineage through Helio Gracie, Royce Gracie, and Rob Kahn, the academy provides structured mat education for recreational practitioners and competitive grapplers. Instruction is directed by second-degree black belt Travis Neagle and black belt Chance Sheppard. The coaching roster also features brown belt instructors Greg Humphreys and Justin Harrison, alongside purple belt coaches Timothy Fyre and Wesley Smith. Class offerings include adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gi training, no-gi submission grappling, and scheduled open mat sessions on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.
