Grapple Academy Martial Arts LLC

Grapple Academy Martial Arts LLC operates at 7850 Rossville Boulevard, Suite 200, in Nottingham, Maryland. Founded in 2014, the academy is owned and directed by head coach Greg Lew, who holds a black belt in San Shou alongside a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt earned at Baltimore BJJ in Essex under the lineage of Helio Gracie, Relson Gracie, and Phil Migliarese III. The coaching staff also features youth program director Coach Rachael Dolloff, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Coach Greg. The academy provides structured training across Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense for youth and adult practitioners. Grappling coursework includes adult gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu, fundamental technique sessions, and focused women's jiu-jitsu classes. Complementary instruction includes Integrated Martial Arts for ages twelve and older, teaching situational self-defense against common assaults. Youth classes are structured by age division, offering Little Ninjas for ages three to five, Youth BJJ 1 for ages five to seven, Youth BJJ 2 for ages eight to ten, and Teen Jiu-Jitsu for ages eleven to sixteen. Training emphasizes personal growth, technical confidence, and community connection in a clean training hall.
