Prospective students interested in sampling classes can register for a FREE 2-Week Trial. Instruction at the gym features Frank Dees, who holds credentials as an IBJJF and JJGF Certified Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt. Frank Dees has 30 years of Martial Arts training across multiple fighting disciplines. The academy also participates in community martial arts outreach through Adopt A Cop BJJ. Class offerings feature the Warrior Kids program alongside the Adult Jiu-Jitsu Program. Members seeking personalized instruction can also book Private Training. Training sessions are scheduled Monday through Saturday, with classes as early as 5:00 am and open mat sessions.
