Grit and Grappling MMA LLC

Grit and Grappling MMA LLC operates at 800 East Main Street in Shawnee, Oklahoma 74801, United States. The gym provides combat sports education and martial arts conditioning for practitioners in the local Shawnee area. The coaching staff operates under team affiliation with Sandro Sampao Gracie Team. Instruction is provided by certified instructors who hold credentials under Sandro Sampao Brazilian Jiujitsu. Coaches oversee instruction across striking arts, wrestling, and ground fighting systems for both beginning practitioners and experienced martial artists. Class programs include Brazilian Juijitsu, Full MMA Class, Traditional Muay Thai and Kickboxing techniques, Boxing technique and movements, Women’s Cardio Kickboxin, conditioning, and sparring sessions. Prior to stepping onto the mats, all new members must sign a liability waiver before starting classes. Training schedules and membership registration forms are coordinated directly through the academy office.
