Grit MMA

GRIT MMA is located at 16101 SE McLoughlin BLVD in Milwaukie , Oregon 97267 (Portland). The facility maintains business hours Monday through Thursday from 4 to 8:30 pm and Friday from 4 to 8 pm. Instruction is directed by Carson James Frei, who serves as Head Coach and has continuously trained in mixed martial arts year-round for 25 years. The coaching and management team also features Haili Frei serving as gym manager, along with Coach Joey Walker, who holds a Taekwondo black belt. Training options include Adult Training and Youth Training covering both striking and grappling. Specific disciplines taught include Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, alongside introductory classes such as The Littles designed for children ages three to five.
