Ground Control BJJ & MMA operates at 3800 Reynold Rd #200 in Winston Salem, NC. Prospective practitioners can take advantage of a Trial Membership that provides 1 Week - FREE. Coaching at the academy features Professor Jeff Cope, who holds a Second Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Coaching staff members include Da'Quan Blair as Boxing Coach, Chad Ambrose as Striking/MMA Coach, and Penny Claude as Kids Coach. Membership pricing includes an Adult Membership for $100/month and a Kids' (Under 18) Membership for $70/month. Facility hours run MONDAY - FRIDAY from 11am - 1pm & 5pm-9pm and SATURDAY from 11am - 1PM, supporting training across Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, wrestling, and mixed martial arts.
