Growth Mindset Collective operates at 2031 Main Street in Oakley, California, providing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts instruction. Founded by Oakley natives Mark Miller and Sabrina Miller, the academy is led by Head Coach Mark Miller, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt in the Eduardo Rocha lineage with more than 20 years of martial arts training and coaching experience dating back to 2009. The coaching roster includes Head Women's Coach Courtney, a BJJ black belt, alongside specialized instructors in Judo and Muay Thai. Programs feature a structured 12-week fundamentals curriculum designed specifically for adult beginners, advanced submission grappling with wrestling integration, youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, traditional Judo takedowns, and striking classes. Training emphasizes leverage, positional control, timing, and disciplined habit formation in a supportive team environment. Residents across Oakley, Brentwood, and Antioch can visit the Main Street academy to meet Coach Mark and the team, observe classes, and register for an introductory trial lesson.
