Hands Down Martial Arts

Hands Down Martial Arts is a training academy located at 2601 South Military Trail, Unit 10, in West Palm Beach, Florida. The facility was established by director Curtis Page Jr., a lifetime martial artist, kickboxing instructor, and coach who oversees athletic programming alongside operations director Natalie Page. The school provides age-specific martial arts instruction centered on technical development, physical conditioning, and self-defense skills. Youth programs include the Little Dragons curriculum for children ages 4 to 6, structured youth kickboxing classes for ages 7 to 13, and seasonal summer camps for youth ages 5 to 12. Adult offerings feature technical kickboxing classes and martial arts-based conditioning sessions for participants ages 14 and older. Prospective members can sign up for introductory trial sessions to tour the facility and participate in class.
