Harlingen Jiu Jitsu Club operates at 1207 W. Jackson Ave. in Harlingen, TX 78550. The club traces its establishment to 2004 under the leadership of Jake Montalvo, representing two decades of training in Harlingen, Texas. The weekly schedule organizes sessions for kids and adult practitioners. Youth Training takes place on Monday from 5:15 pm to 6:00 pm. Adult instruction includes early morning Adult Training on Wednesday from 6:00 am to 7:00 am, as well as weekend training during Adults’ Rounds on Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Prospective members can attend classes with a free 3-day trial before committing to regular training. New participants are advised to wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle to their introductory class.
