Harrisburg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo LLC is a martial arts school located in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. Serving students across the Harrisburg area, the academy provides instructional programs in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and specialized self-defense. The school features an instructional staff of senior black belts, including 3rd Degree Black Belt instructors Gregg Anderson, David Brogan, and Luis Rosa, alongside 2nd Degree Black Belt instructor Monica Brogan. The coaching team delivers technical instruction rooted in traditional grappling principles, positional control, and live mat training. In addition to standard adult and youth grappling curricula, the facility hosts Dangerous Damsels Women’s Self Defense seminars. Training integrates gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu drills, judo throws, and submission defense, helping members build functional self-protection skills, athletic stamina, and confidence.
