Hart Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts Academy

Hart Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts Academy operates at 1050 Colwell Ln in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The academy provides instruction in Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, and mixed martial arts for practitioners across the Conshohocken area. The facility is owned and directed by Professor Timothy Hart, an experienced martial arts instructor and black belt within the Team Balance network. Youth training is directed by Coach Courtney Caporizzo, a black belt who serves as head instructor for youth Jiu-Jitsu. The instructional staff also includes Rick Macauley and Mike Rothwell. Sessions focus on foundational positional control, leverage, defensive escapes, and controlled sparring. The academy organizes distinct programs for youth and adult students. Youth offerings include Kid's Jiu Jitsu - Martial Arts and youth martial arts camps. Adult programs feature Basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the BJJ Blackbelt Club, beginner and advanced Muay Thai kickboxing, and mixed martial arts training.
