Instruction spans multiple combat disciplines including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling. Classes are tailored to accommodate complete beginners alongside advanced competitors, focusing on fitness and good health, self-defense for the real world, and discipline within a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Coaching experience on the mats includes 30+ UFC Fights Experience, 20+ UFC Wins, 10+ MMA World Champions, and 30 + Times States & Amateur MMA Champion Titles. Weekly operating hours run Monday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday- Friday 7:30AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00AM to 12:00PM, with Sunday Closed.
