Heel Hooks Jiu Jitsu operates at 801 Volvo Pkwy in Chesapeake, Virginia. The facility functions as a dedicated no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy, emphasizing submission grappling mechanics without the traditional uniform. Instruction is directed by Chester Wright, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who has trained since 2012 under second-degree black belt Greg Walker. Wright structures classes around practical positioning, takedowns, chokes, joint locks, and pins designed to achieve control over opponents. Class offerings include Adult No-Gi Jiu Jitsu divided into beginner and intermediate or advanced sessions, with monthly and annual membership options. The academy also conducts Lil' Badgers No-Gi Jiu Jitsu for children ages 4 to 6, as well as youth no-gi classes for students ages 7 to 12 running Monday through Friday.
