HAUS 021 operates at 2535 Pilot Knob Rd, Ste 126 in Mendota Heights, MN 55120. The family-owned training facility integrates martial arts, physical conditioning, and wellness education to serve children and adult students in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. The facility was established by founders Jennifer and Jose. Jose is a 4th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu who has trained for over two decades, held the black belt title for over 15 years, and worked as an Brazilian Jiu Jitsu referee since 2009. He is also an IBJJF Pan American Gi champion, IBJJF Pan American No Gi champion, and IBJJF American Nationals No Gi champion. Co-founder Jennifer holds the blue belt rank in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and brings a professional medical background. The adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curriculum includes fundamentals, all-levels classes, and no-gi grappling sessions designed for ages 16 and older. Youth instruction is provided through the Kids BJJ Program for ages 4 to 15, teaching anti-bullying concepts and self-defense skills. The center also provides yoga classes centered on mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.
