Visitors and new students can get started by booking a tour for free to learn about available training programs or by scheduling a free intro session. Instruction is led by Tony Gracia, where Head Instructor Tony Gracia has a 3rd degree black belt in Jiu Jitsu as well as a black belt in Judo. Coaching covers foundational techniques alongside advanced martial arts concepts. Program options include Adult Jiu Jitsu and Youth Jiu Jitsu, providing training for students from age 6 to adult. Training includes both No Gi and Gi classes throughout each month along with designated open mat sessions.
