Institute of Human Combat

Institute of Human Combat operates at 1601 East Bessemer Avenue, Suite N in Greensboro, NC, USA. Serving as the home of Team Phoenix, the facility provides martial arts instruction for day one beginners to professional fighters. Instruction is led by Coach Graeme Prue, a 3rd degree Black Belt under Dave Ginsberg, who is ranked under Master Mario Sperry. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is affiliated under the Ginsberg Academy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with Coach Prue having been a student of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2004 before receiving his black belt in April of 2017. Class offerings include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, Youth MMA, Boxing, and an invite-only Fight Team. Tuition is charged on a monthly basis without contracts, adult programs include open mat access, each additional family member is , and new students can attend a first class that is complementary.
