Jeremy Horn's Elite Performance MMA delivers mixed martial arts and functional combat training at 9599 500 West in Sandy, Utah. Founded and operated by veteran mixed martial artist Jeremy Horn, the gym prepares students through combat conditioning, technical striking, and submission grappling. Coach Jeremy Horn was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, began martial arts training at age 12, and worked in construction before competing professionally. Over a competitive career spanning more than 170 professional bouts, he contested fights across promotions including the UFC, PRIDE, and Bellator, earning the majority of career victories via submission. At the facility, he directs training designed to help practitioners develop practical ring skills, physical stamina, and defensive discipline. Instructional programming features mixed martial arts training, traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling grappling sessions, and kickboxing fundamentals, along with open mat sessions and live sparring. Class sessions run Monday through Thursday and Saturday, while an on-site pro shop supplies training apparel and gear.
