JG Academy - Los Altos is located at 4916 El Camino Real Suite 180 in Los Altos, California. The martial arts center delivers structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction for youth, teens, and adult practitioners. Training emphasizes practical ground self-defense, physical fitness, technical discipline, and mutual respect on the mats. The adult instructional program is organized into fundamental and advanced tiers. Novice practitioners follow a dedicated fundamentals curriculum based on thirty-two classes, covering positional hierarchy, guard retention, joint locks, escapes, and basic submissions. Advanced sessions introduce intricate transitions, competitive strategies, and specialized No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu training. Youth classes admit children starting from age four, grouping students by age brackets to ensure developmentally appropriate instruction.
