Jiu-Jitsu 100 Academy

Jiu-Jitsu 100 Academy operates at 111 S Main St in Hailey, Idaho. The martial arts academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, positional grappling education, and self-defense training for children and adult students throughout the Wood River Valley. The school is owned and operated by head instructor Joel Bouhey alongside assistant instructor Megan Bouhey. Coach Joel Bouhey is a second-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Luis "Limao" Heredia and a multiple-time Hawaii state champion who has taught grappling for fifteen years. Coach Megan Bouhey assists in daily school operations and leads instruction for women's sessions and youth classes. Academy coursework is structured to accommodate varied age groups and skill levels. Program options include Kids Jiu-Jitsu for ages 4 and older as well as adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes. Training incorporates core movement drills, guard recovery, positional transitions, and controlled live rolling rounds to develop physical coordination, discipline, and practical self-defense capability.
