Jiu Jitsu Life LLC operates at 342 Quinnipiac Street, Bldg. 8C 2nd Floor in Wallingford , CT 06492. The facility provides training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking, and combat fitness conditioning. Free fitness assessments take approximately 35 minutes and are conducted Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8:30pm. Instruction is led by Owner / Head Instructor Brian Sargent, known as Brian "Sarg" Sargent. He is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Master Chief and earned his BJJ Black Belt under Master Royler Gracie in 2012. His coaching background includes work as a martial arts coach and professional MMA corner. The class schedule provides Gi Jiu Jitsu, NoGi Jiu Jitsu, Fight Fit, Striking / Kickboxing, and MMA sessions, alongside Saturday morning sparring. Youth programs feature Little Dragons Jiu Jitsu for ages 3.5 to 6, Kids Jiu Jitsu for ages 6 to 12, and the Kids Competition Team for ages 11 to 14. The facility also operates an After School Program for ages 6 to 12.
