Jiu Jitsu One

Jiu Jitsu One is situated at 1138 Elizabeth Ave, Lancaster PA 17601. The training facility features Two Matted Rooms, a dedicated Striking Center with punching bags, and a shower available for student use. The academy is led by Nick Ingenito, who serves as Head Coach, Gym Owner. A BJJ black belt with over 13 years of experience in Jiu-Jitsu, he coaches at the facility. The coaching staff also includes Ryland Overly, Colin Gironda, Josiah Swarr, George Fourlas, and Ken Nakagawa. Instruction is offered every day with morning and evening class options. Adult programming includes Gi, No Gi, Striking, Gi Fundamentals, and weekend Open Mat sessions. Youth students can participate in dedicated children's classes, including weekday and Saturday offerings in Fundamentals and Advanced Kids.
