The training center occupies a free standing building of over 12,000 sq. ft., which includes 6,000 sq. ft. of mat space, free parking, classrooms, and changing rooms for men and women. Instruction at the school is provided by coaches with over 30 years of experience, including certified competition referees. The instructional background incorporates training across Japanese and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Hokutoryu Ju-Jutsu.
