Jong Hap Mu Sool Mixed Martial Arts INC

Jong Hap Mu Sool Mixed Martial Arts operates at 7670 Martinsburg Pike #5 in Shepherdstown, WV 25443. Prospective students are invited to contact the studio to participate in two free classes. The system was established in 2004 by Master Lee, who serves as Founder and President of Jong Hap Mu Sool. Lee brings over 35 years of martial arts training, having served as a Korean Presidential Bodyguard and won Korean National Champion honors in 1990, 1991, and 1996. Classes at the Shepherdstown studio are taught by Benjamin Garretson, an instructor holding a certified 4th degrees black belt in Kukkiwon Taekwondo. Academy curriculum options include Adult & Teen MMA alongside traditional Taekwondo instruction. Youth programs feature Junior MMA classes designed for children ages 6 through 11, as well as the Little Tiger MMA program created for 3-5-year-olds to develop balance, coordination, and fundamental martial arts movement.
