Kaensak Muay Thai

Kaensak Muay Thai is a traditional martial arts academy located at 110 Cannonball Rd. in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. The school provides classic Muay Thai instruction rooted in traditional Thai striking methods for beginners, intermediate students, and active combat athletes. The academy is founded and directed by Nak Muay fighter Kaensak Sor Ploenjit, who began training at age nine and accumulated 250 professional fights with 208 wins, 40 losses, and two draws. After winning two World Champion titles in Thailand and the United States, Kaensak served as head Muay Thai coach at AMA Fight Club from 2009 until 2020 and works as a licensed kickboxing judge with the New Jersey State Athletic Control Board. Instruction includes all-levels classes covering fundamental technique, pad work, and clinch maneuvers, alongside advanced fighter classes dedicated to sparring and competitive fight team training. Students can join through six-month or twelve-month group memberships, single class drop-ins, or private lessons.
