KNOCKOUT Martial Arts & Fitness is a martial arts school located at 11966 Jack Benny Dr #102 in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Established in 2005, the academy provides traditional Taekwondo instruction, Olympic-style competition training, and fitness conditioning for practitioners of all ages. The academy was established by Master Robert Morales, a Kukkiwon-certified Master instructor and certified international coach through World Taekwondo as well as a certified coach for USA Taekwondo. Master Morales has trained national team competitors and medalists across local, national, and international tournaments. Instruction operates six days a week with unlimited training options. Course offerings encompass Kiddie Kickers for preschoolers starting at age 2, beginner through advanced Taekwondo covering stances, blocks, strikes, and Poomse forms, Team Knockout competition training, and KO Fit family fitness sessions incorporating boxing and kickboxing drills.
